Water Baptism is a picture of obedience and identification with Christ. Baptism is for the believer. It is a picture of what Christ did for us, and a statement of belief in Jesus to all who witness it. (Acts 18:8, Acts 2:41, 47) Every baptism in the Bible was by immersion, so we follow this model. (Acts 8:38–39)
